Introduction to inflatable protective packaging

Inflatable protective packaging utilizes LLDPE and NYLON lamination or co-extrusion, offering tensile strength and uniformity, excellent surface printability, and a medical-grade substrate. Through continuous pressing, airtight inflatable columns are formed, and the protective film is machine-made into air column protective bags called Air-Bags. Applying physical principles, a single inflation completely fills the bag, automatically locking in air to form a submersible chamber. In the event of damage, only the damaged air column fails, while the remaining air columns remain completely unaffected, maintaining the protective effect.

It provides long-term, leak-proof, shock-resistant protection during storage and transportation, with comprehensive air column cushioning minimizing damage. AIR-BAG gas packaging bags comply with RoHS regulations, regardless of where they are produced, used, or stored.
