Materials and processes for inflatable protective packaging
Leave a message
Inflatable protective packaging is primarily made of high-strength polyethylene (PE) and polypropylene (PP) films. Product types mainly include PE co-extruded films and PA co-extruded films, and involve multilayer co-extruded film technology and the application of high-barrier films. Industry technological advancements drive material innovation, including the commercial application of recyclable single-material films and fully biodegradable materials (such as PLA and PBAT).
Production involves heat-sealing processes to create continuous air column structures, and inflation is achieved through automated inflation equipment and online instant inflation systems. The integration of automated inflation-sealing machines with packaging lines is becoming increasingly seamless.
