Introduction To Industrial Packaging Tape

Industrial packaging tapes are a general term for adhesive products used in industrial settings. They are primarily used for product fixation, protection, and assisting in production processes, and their materials and functional designs must adapt to different environmental requirements. These products are widely used in 12 fields, including industrial manufacturing, transportation, electronics, electrical engineering, construction, and medical applications, covering special scenarios such as high temperatures, corrosion, and insulation.

Main types include heat-resistant tapes (capable of withstanding temperatures up to 250℃, suitable for pipe fireproofing), kraft paper tapes (specifically for bonding rubber to metal/plastic), double-sided tapes (using special rubber adhesives), and printed circuit board masking tapes (with solder resistance). Different types undergo special adhesive treatments to enhance initial adhesion, solvent resistance, and other properties. Storage requires protection from light and moisture, maintaining a constant temperature of -15℃ to 40℃, avoiding folding and contact with acidic or alkaline substances, and periodically turning them over to slow down aging.
