Air Cushion Bubble Wrap

We started making air cushion bubble wrap many years ago. Our factory has more than 50 production lines just for this product. We do not use recycled materials. We test every batch of PE material for melt index and density. During production, an online thickness gauge checks the thickness. The tolerance is within plus or minus 5%. We also test the bubble burst pressure regularly. It must be at least 0.15 MPa. product works in a simple way. You wrap it around your item. The air bubbles act as a cushion. When you send fragile items, wrap them with air cushion bubble wrap first. Then put them in a carton. They will not break easily. We ship 1,000 tons of products each month. product takes a big part of that. Many clients use it for secondary packing or void fill.

Store product in a clean and dry place. The temperature should be between -5°C and 30°C. Do not let it get direct sunlight. Do not let it get wet. Keep it away from high heat, open fire, acid, alkali, and oil. Store rolls vertically, not horizontally. Do not stack too high. The shelf life is 12 months unopened. After opening, use it within 3 months. Handle the rolls with care. Do not drop or crush them. Carry the roll from both ends. Do not drag it on the floor. For transport, put it in a dry and ventilated truck. Do not mix it with sharp or corrosive goods. We give a one-year warranty. If the problem is from our production, we replace the goods. We only take RMB.
