But when you reorder, your product specs, process parameters, and mold data are already in our system. We pull them out. We start production. No new samples. No new machine setup. So reorder lead time is much faster than the first time. How much faster? Depends on order size. Usually 30% to 50% shorter. Many of our old customers reorder regularly. They like our stable quality. This is called product because it does many jobs. It fills empty space. It wraps around products. It also supports heavy items. One product does all three. For example, you sell normal daily goods. You do not need strong protection. Use it as void fill. You sell fragile items. Wrap the product with it. You sell things that fear pressure and vibration. Put it on all four sides of the box. We sell this as air pillows. Normal thickness is 0.03mm to 0.08mm. Heavy-duty is 0.08mm to 0.12mm. You can go up to 0.15mm. Inflation pressure is normally 0.05 to 0.1 MPa. Heavy-duty goes to 0.12 MPa. Each piece weighs 2 to 8 grams. Weight changes with size and thickness. Normal sizes are 20×30cm, 30×40cm, and 40×50cm. You can make custom sizes from 10×10cm up to 100×150cm. Colors are clear, white, and blue. We print your logo. Tensile strength is above 15 MPa. Heat seal strength is above 1.5N/15mm. Our inflatable cushioning packaging holds air for 24 hours with no leak. We do 100% online leak checks. Bad pieces are thrown out. It works from -20°C to 60°C. Density is 0.91 to 0.93 g/cm³.

For regular products, we ask for 50% prepayment. The other 50% is due before we ship. For custom products, we ask for 70% prepayment. The other 30% is due before shipping. Why higher for custom? Because we need to set up machines and make samples just for you. Big orders get a discount. Talk to our sales team. We only take RMB. For export, we use cartons.
