The key for dunnage void fill is simple: the pillow must stay full, not go soft, and not shrink after inflation. We achieve this with good material and stable heat sealing. Our PE is virgin material, not recycled. Virgin material has good elasticity. It stays firm after inflation. Recycled material goes soft and does not support well. Our heat sealing temperature, pressure, and time are fixed on the machine. We record them every day. Weak sealing causes air leaks. We also do 100% online leak checking. Each pillow goes through an automatic tester. Bad ones are removed. So every product you receive is full and leak-free. We tested them. After 48 hours, they are still firm.

This dunnage void fill product is made to fill empty space in boxes. Normal thickness is 0.03 to 0.08 mm. Thick version is 0.08 to 0.12 mm. We can go to 0.15 mm if needed. Normal inflation pressure is 0.05 to 0.1 MPa. Thick version uses 0.08 to 0.12 MPa. Each pillow weighs 2 to 8 grams. Normal sizes are 20×30, 30×40, and 40×50 cm. Custom sizes start at 10×10 cm and go up to 100×150 cm. Colors are clear, white, or blue. We can print your logo. Tensile strength is above 15 MPa. Elongation at break is above 300%. Heat seal strength is above 1.5 N/15 mm. This product works from -20°C to 60°C.
