Other specs are similar to our standard film. Width is 4.5 or 5 cm standard. Custom width from 1 to 10 cm. Length 50–200 m. Base thickness 25–50 µm. Glue layer 15–30 µm. Roll weight 0.5–1.5 kg. Color clear or custom. Tack low/medium/high. Tensile strength ≥18 MPa. Elongation ≥300%. Temperature range -10°C to 60°C standard, -20°C to 80°C for high-temp version.
How We Handle Mixed Orders
Some customers ask if they can mix different colors or types in one order of pre stretched stretch film. Our answer is no. Why? Our lines run large batches continuously. Changing a color means cleaning the machines, changing materials, and resetting parameters. That costs a lot. So we ask for one spec per order. But you can place multiple orders. For example, 100 rolls of clear and 100 rolls of blue become two orders. Each order has a 5000 RMB minimum. This makes production easy for us and receiving clear for you. We support OEM and ODM. Sample time is about 15 days. We have a dedicated after-sales person. Response in 2 hours, solution in 48 hours. Quality issues get free replacement. Third-party inspection is welcome.
