Product comes as a roll of film. You use an inflator at your place. After inflation, it turns into many small cushions. You use those cushions to fill empty spaces. Or you put them at the bottom and top of cartons. This costs less than buying pre-inflated pillows. You do not pay to ship air. One roll of film gives you many cushions. Our film roll width is normally 30cm, 40cm, or 50cm. You can order any width from 20cm to 100cm. Normal length is 100 meters. Heavy-duty type is 50 meters. You can order 50 to 200 meters. Single-layer thickness is normally 0.02mm to 0.05mm. Heavy-duty is 0.05mm to 0.08mm. You can go up to 0.10mm. Bubble diameter is normally 8mm to 10mm. Heavy-duty is 10mm to 12mm. You can order 6mm to 15mm. Roll weight is normally 2 to 5 kg. Heavy-duty is 4 to 8 kg. Color is clear by default. We make white and blue. We print your logo. Tensile strength is above 12 MPa. Bubble burst pressure is above 0.15 MPa. Our air cushion film roll stays inflated for 24 hours with no leak. It works from -15°C to 55°C. Density is 0.90 to 0.92 g/cm³.

We pack each roll in a PE bag. This keeps dust and moisture out. The outer box is strong cardboard. One box holds 1 roll, 2 rolls, or 5 rolls. You choose. We label each box with product name, size, width, length, weight, production date, and batch number. When you receive the rolls, store them at -5°C to 30°C. Place them in a clean, dry, airy room. No direct sun. No rain. No wet floor. Keep away from acid, alkali, and oil. Store rolls vertically, not flat. Do not stack too high. Unopened rolls last 12 months. Opened rolls should be used within 3 months. When you move rolls, lift with care. Do not throw or crush. Hold the rolls at both ends. Do not drag them. During transport, use a dry, airy truck. Do not mix with sharp or corrosive goods. We give a one-year warranty. If the problem comes from our production, we exchange the goods. That is our promise for air cushion film roll.
