We suggest you use these for valuable items like phones, tablets, cameras, wine, ceramics, and glass. Our column diameter is normally 10mm or 12mm. You can order any diameter from 8mm to 20mm. Film thickness is normally 0.06mm to 0.10mm. Heavy-duty type is 0.10mm to 0.15mm. Inflation pressure is 0.06 to 0.12 MPa. Heavy-duty goes to 0.15 MPa. Sheets weigh 5 to 25 grams each. Rolls weigh 5 to 10 kg each. Normal sheet sizes are 20×30cm and 30×40cm. Heavy-duty sheets are 30×50cm and 40×60cm. You can make any size. Colors are clear, white, blue, and black. Black is good for high-value products. We print your logo and warning signs. Tensile strength is above 18 MPa. Burst pressure is above 0.2 MPa. Our inflatable air column stays full for 48 hours with no leak. Temperature range is -20°C to 65°C.

We give a one-year warranty. Store the columns at -5°C to 30°C in a dry, airy place. Keep away from direct sun. We support OEM and ODM. Give us a drawing or sample. We make a sample in about 15 days. Minimum order is 5,000 RMB. One order cannot mix colors or models. For regular products, pay 50% before production and 50% before shipment. For custom products, pay 70% before production and 30% before shipment. Big orders get a discount. We only take RMB. We have a person for after-sales.
