Base thickness is normally 28–35 µm. You can also order 25–50 µm. Glue layer thickness is normally 15–20 µm. Custom from 15 to 30 µm is possible. Color is clear by default. Custom colors are available. Printing is allowed. Tensile strength is 18 MPa or more. Elongation at break is over 300%. Adhesion is 1.5 N/25mm or more. Initial tack with an 11 mm steel ball is under 10 mm. Temperature range is -10°C to 60°C for standard type and -20°C to 80°C for high-temp type. Transparency is over 85%.
Warranty and After-Sales
We offer a one-year warranty on our stretch film roller. Warranty covers quality defects only. Please note that the shelf life depends on your storage conditions. If the storage temperature is too high or the humidity is too high, the film will age and become brittle. Always store at -5°C to 30°C in a dry, ventilated place. Keep rolls vertical. Avoid sunlight. We accept third-party inspection. You can send someone to our factory or hire an independent company to check. Our after-sales team responds within 2 hours and gives a solution within 48 hours. For quality problems like uneven thickness or poor tack, we replace the goods for free. We also help you find the root cause so it does not happen again. When you reorder, we give you priority production.
