Inflation pressure is 0.05 to 0.1 MPa. Each piece weighs only 2 to 8 grams. Standard sizes are 20×30cm, 30×40cm, and 40×50cm. We make any size you want. The biggest size is 100×150cm. Tensile strength is above 15 MPa. Elongation at break is over 300%. We do 100% online leak checking. Each air column goes through an automatic inflation tester. Any piece that fails pressure is removed. So we can say the leak rate is nearly zero.
