For thicker needs, we do 0.08mm to 0.12mm. Inflation pressure is 0.05 to 0.1 MPa. Each pillow weighs 2 to 8 grams. Common sizes are 20×30cm, 30×40cm, and 40×50cm. The default color is clear. We also make white or blue. Our heat seal strength is above 1.5N/15mm. The air tightness is tested under pressure. After inflation, it stays full for 24 hours. This is our core quality control point.
