Air pillow bags come as shaped bags. You put air inside. They turn into many separate air columns. The columns wrap around your product. They give cushion protection. These bags are good for fragile things like glass cups, ceramic bowls, wine bottles, and electronics. Our normal thickness is 0.03mm to 0.08mm. If your product is heavy or very fragile, we do a thicker type at 0.08mm to 0.12mm. You can also go up to 0.15mm. Inflation pressure is 0.05 to 0.1 MPa. For thicker bags, pressure goes to 0.12 MPa. Each bag weighs 2 to 8 grams. Normal sizes are 20×30cm, 30×40cm, and 40×50cm. You can order custom sizes from 10×10cm up to 100×150cm. Colors are clear, white, blue, and black. Black hides the product inside. We can print your logo. Every air pillow bag gets an online leak test before leaving our factory.

We give a one-year warranty. Store the bags in a dry, airy place at -5°C to 30°C. Do not put them in direct sun. We accept third-party inspection. You can send someone or ask a company like SGS to check. We support OEM and ODM. Custom samples take about 15 days. The minimum order is 5,000 RMB in product value. One order cannot mix colors or models. Please understand. For regular products, pay 50% before production and 50% before shipment.
