We ran drop tests. Using product, damage rates dropped by 80%. Our column diameter is normally 10mm or 12mm. You can ask for any size from 8mm to 20mm. Film thickness is normally 0.06mm to 0.10mm. Heavy-duty type is 0.10mm to 0.15mm. Inflation pressure is 0.06 to 0.12 MPa. For heavy-duty, it goes to 0.15 MPa. We have sheets and rolls. Sheets weigh 5 to 25 grams each. Rolls weigh 5 to 10 kg each. Normal sheet sizes are 20×30cm and 30×40cm. Heavy-duty sheets are 30×50cm and 40×60cm. Colors are clear, white, blue, and black. Black hides the product from view. We also print your logo and warning labels. Tensile strength is above 18 MPa. Burst pressure is above 0.2 MPa. Our air column wrap stays full for 48 hours. It works from -20°C to 65°C. That means you can ship from cold north to hot south without losing protection.
