These packing pillows for shipping can fill gaps or provide cushion protection. Normal thickness is 0.03 to 0.08 mm, but we suggest the thick version 0.08 to 0.12 mm. Our tests follow Chinese national standards. Tensile strength uses GB/T 1040.3-2006. Heat seal strength uses GB/T 10004-2008. Air retention uses visual check and pressure hold test. Temperature uses GB/T 4857.2-2005. Density uses GB/T 1033.1-2008. If you need other standards like ISTA, we can test to that too. We have ISTA 3A equipment and procedures. If you want a third-party test report, we can ask a CMA or CNAS lab to issue one. Cost is separate. Or you can send samples to a lab yourself. We give one year warranty.
