Second, during film blowing, an online thickness gauge watches the thickness. The tolerance is within plus or minus 5%. Third, for heat sealing, we lock the temperature, pressure, and time on the machine. We record these values every day. Fourth, we do online leak checking. Each air pillow goes through an automatic inflation tester. If the pressure is not enough, the machine rejects it. Fifth, we do burst pressure tests and drop tests regularly. The burst pressure must be 0.2 MPa or more. We follow ISTA standards for drop tests. Every batch has a record. You can trace it back to the material and machine. Our delivery pass rate is over 99.8%.
