You inflate it at your hotel or before you leave. Then you put it into the empty space in your suitcase. It holds clothes, cosmetics, and electronics in place. After use, you deflate it and fold it. This product comes as an air pillow. Normal thickness is 0.03 to 0.08 mm. Thick version is 0.08 to 0.12 mm. We can go to 0.15 mm. Normal inflation pressure is 0.05 to 0.1 MPa. Thick version uses 0.08 to 0.12 MPa. Each unit weighs 2 to 8 grams. Normal sizes are 20×30, 30×40, and 40×50 cm. But many customers ask for special suitcase sizes, like 25×35 cm or 18×25 cm. We can make those for you. Minimum size is 10×10 cm. Maximum is 100×150 cm. Colors are clear, white, or blue. We can print your logo or use instructions on the pillow. With our suitcase void filler, tensile strength stays above 15 MPa. Elongation at break is above 300%. Heat seal strength is above 1.5 N/15 mm. It holds air for 24 hours. Working temperature is -20°C to 60°C.

If you want your own brand, we do OEM. Tell us your size, color, and printing needs. We make samples. Sample lead time is about 15 days. Minimum order value is 5,000 RMB. For custom products, you pay 70% before production and 30% before shipment. We accept RMB only. After you receive the sample, put it into your suitcase and try it.
