Our factory has 100 workers and 12,000 square meters. Monthly output is 1000 tons. We have passed ISO certification and GRS environmental certification. Our clear pallet shrink wrap is made with new PE material. No recycled material is used. From raw material to finished product, we have a full quality control process. Every batch of raw material is tested for melt flow and density. During production, an online thickness gauge watches the thickness in real time. Tolerance is within plus or minus 1 micron. For finished rolls, we test shrink rate, tensile strength, and heat seal strength. Shrink rate must be 50% or more. Tensile strength is 18 MPa or more. All these numbers are recorded. If you ask, we can give you the test report for each batch. So when you buy our product, you know exactly what you are getting.

This clear pallet shrink wrap is made for wrapping pallet loads. You wrap the film around the goods on a pallet. Then you use a heat gun. The film shrinks evenly and holds the load tightly. See five key specs below.

Standard width is 4.5 or 5 cm. You can customize width from 1 to 10 cm. Standard length is 100 meters. The thick version is 50 meters. Custom length from 50 to 200 meters is possible. Base thickness is normally 28–35 µm. The thick version is 30–40 µm. Glue layer thickness is normally 15–20 µm. The thick version is 18–25 µm. Roll weight is 0.5–1.2 kg for clear film and 0.6–1.5 kg for colored film. Color is clear by default. Custom colors are available. Logo and text printing are allowed. Tack options are low, medium, or high. Tensile strength is 18 MPa or more. Elongation at break is over 300%.
Storage and Use Tips for Shrink Film
Store your clear pallet shrink wrap in a clean, dry, ventilated place at -5°C to 30°C. Do not let sunlight hit it. Do not let it get wet. Keep it away from high heat, open fire, acids, alkalis, and oil. Place rolls vertically. Do not stack them too high. Unopened rolls last 12 months. Opened rolls should be used within 3 months. When moving rolls, lift gently. Hold both ends. Do not drag them. During transport, keep the rolls in a dry, ventilated truck. Do not mix with sharp or corrosive goods. When you use the film, control your heat gun carefully. Set the right temperature and distance. Too much heat will burn a hole in the film. Too little heat will not shrink it tight. We give a one-year warranty for production problems. Wrong storage or operation mistakes are not covered. Please understand.
