Film for Wrapping

Our factory has 100 workers and 12,000 square meters. Monthly output is 1000 tons. We have taken orders from a few hundred RMB to hundreds of thousands of RMB. Small orders are fine. Big orders are also fine. We have taken urgent orders from big customers. They asked for delivery in three days. We did it. We have taken custom orders for special colors and printing. We did those too. Our production lines include 100 air column lines and over 50 film lines. This film for wrapping is made on our dedicated blown film lines and slitting machines. We have separate warehouses for raw materials and finished goods. After you place an order, we make a production plan based on your delivery date. You will not wait too long because of our scheduling problems.

We use three quality checks. First, raw material inspection. Every batch of PE material is tested for melt flow and density. Only合格 material goes into the warehouse. Second, in-process control. An online thickness gauge watches the film thickness at all times. Our operators check tensile strength and elongation every hour. Third, final inspection before shipment. We test adhesion, initial tack, and transparency for each batch. All test data is recorded. Each batch has a number. With that number, we can trace back to the raw material, the machine, and the operator. If a quality problem happens, we find the cause quickly and fix it. Our delivery pass rate is over 99.8%. Every roll of film for wrapping you receive has gone through this process.
