Our shrink wrap hand roller comes in small rolls. It is made for manual use. You do not need a big machine. A heat gun or a small shrink machine is enough. Our shrink film uses PE or PVC material. The shrink rate is stable. The normal shrink rate is over 50%. We control the shrink temperature and time parameters. This gives a smooth, unbroken film surface after shrinking. Our R&D team improved the formula to lower the shrink temperature. This makes your work easier. So if you need a product, this is a good choice for hand operations.

Standard width is 4.5 or 5 cm. You can order any width from 1 to 10 cm. Standard length is 100 meters. The thick version is 50 meters. Custom length from 50 to 200 meters is possible. Base thickness is normally 28–35 µm. The thick version is 30–40 µm. Glue layer is 15–20 µm normally, or 18–25 µm for thick. Roll weight is 0.5–1.2 kg for clear and 0.6–1.5 kg for colored. Color is clear by default. Red, blue, green, and black are available. Printing is allowed. Tack options are low, medium, or high. Medium is standard.
Storage and Handling Notes
This shrink wrap hand roller does not like heat or sunlight. Store it at -5°C to 30°C in a clean, dry, ventilated place. Do not put it near heaters or heat sources. Do not let sun shine on it. Do not get it wet. Place rolls vertically. Do not stack too high. Unopened rolls last 12 months. Opened rolls should be used within 3 months. When moving the rolls, lift them gently. Hold both ends. Do not drag them. During transport, keep them in a dry, ventilated truck. Do not mix with sharp or corrosive goods. When using the film, control the heat gun temperature and distance. Too much heat will burn a hole in the film. Too little heat will not shrink it tight. We offer a one-year warranty for quality problems. Wrong operation or bad storage is not covered.
