How We Control Tack Uniformity
Ourpre stretched shrink wrap has very even tack across the whole roll. Many cheap films have sticky spots and non-sticky spots. Our film does not. Why? Because our coating equipment is very precise. Glue layer thickness tolerance is within plus or minus 1 micron. The glue we use is acrylic or hot melt adhesive. You can choose. Acrylic glue is good for normal environments and costs less. Hot melt glue has stronger tack and is better for heavy loads. We support low, medium, and high tack. Medium tack is standard. If you use hand stretch wrap, medium tack is a good choice. If you use a machine, high tack may work better. We make 1000 tons of film every month. Tack stability is always high. You can ask for a sample first. Test it at your place. Standard width is 4.5 or 5 cm. You can order custom width from 1 to 10 cm. Standard length is 100 meters. The thick version is 50 meters. Custom length from 50 to 200 meters is possible. Base thickness is normally 28–35 µm. The thick version is 30–40 µm. Glue layer thickness is normally 15–20 µm. The thick version is 18–25 µm. Roll weight is 0.5–1.2 kg for clear and 0.6–1.5 kg for colored. Color is clear by default. Red, blue, green, and black are available. Logo and text printing are allowed. Tensile strength is 18 MPa or more. Elongation at break is over 300%. Adhesion is 1.5 N/25mm or more. Initial tack with 11 mm steel ball is under 10 mm. Temperature range is -10°C to 60°C standard, -20°C to 80°C high-temp.
