Recycled Cushion Packaging

Our recycled cushion packaging is made from PE. PE is a thermoplastic. It can be melted and reshaped. After use, you deflate it and put it in a recycling bin. Recycling plants grind it, wash it, heat it, and turn it into pellets. These pellets become new plastic products. We also recycle all scrap from our own production. Nothing is wasted. To prove our material is recyclable, we obtained GRS certification. GRS has strict rules for recycled content, environmental management, and waste water treatment. We meet all of them. This recycled cushion packaging performs the same as regular air pillows. We just focus more on its eco side. Normal thickness is 0.03 to 0.08 mm. Thick version is 0.08 to 0.12 mm. We can go to 0.15 mm. Normal inflation pressure is 0.05 to 0.1 MPa. Thick version uses 0.08 to 0.12 MPa. Each unit weighs 2 to 8 grams. Normal sizes are 20×30, 30×40, and 40×50 cm. Custom sizes from 10×10 cm to 100×150 cm. Colors are clear, white, or blue. We can print your logo. Tensile strength >15 MPa. Elongation >300%. Heat seal strength >1.5 N/15 mm. This product holds air for 24 hours. Our online leak tester checks every air column. Bad ones are removed. So every piece you get is good.

If you sell to overseas customers, they may ask if your packaging is green. You can tell them: our recycled cushion packaging is recyclable and has a GRS certificate. That becomes a selling point for them too. Many big brands now ask for eco-friendly packaging from their suppliers. Using our product helps you win more orders.
